A luggage storage service that allows users to reserve, pay for, unlock and extend smart lockers via a web application (e.g. smartphone browser).

予約時に決済事業者による仮売上（オーソリ）を取得し、チェックアウト時に実際の利用内容に応じた金額で確定します。
An authorization hold is placed at the time of booking. The final amount is determined at check-out based on actual usage and then charged.

役務の提供時期 /
Timing of Service Provision

Web上で予約・決済が完了し、予約ID（PIN）が発行された時点から利用可能です。
The service becomes available once the online booking and payment are completed and a reservation ID (PIN) is issued.

キャンセル・返品等 /
Cancellation & Refunds

  • Locker Passはロッカー利用という役務提供であり、商品の返品・交換はありません。
    Locker Pass provides a service (locker usage); product returns or exchanges are not applicable.

  • 予約のキャンセルおよびNo-Show時の取扱い・キャンセル料は、当社Webサイトの「料金・ご利用ガイド」および「利用規約」の定めによります。
    Rules and fees for cancellations and No-Show are defined in the "Pricing & Usage Guide" and the "Terms of Service" on our website.

クーリング・オフについて /
Cooling-off

本サービスは通信販売に該当しますが、訪問販売等ではないため、特定商取引法上のクーリング・オフ制度の適用対象外です。
Although this service is provided via online (distance) sales, it is not door-to-door sales, and therefore the statutory cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply.
